Made-to-Measure uPVC Manufacturing

Every window we make is built to your opening. Here's what made-to-measure manufacturing means.

Not standard sizes

We don't fit standard-size windows and fill the gaps. We measure your actual openings and fabricate each window to those exact dimensions, so it fits and seals properly.

What made-to-measure gives you

Look for this

  • A clean fit with no awkward gaps
  • Proper sealing against dust, noise, and rain
  • Windows suited to non-standard old openings
  • A finished look at the edges

Why we build this way

Real openings, especially in older homes, are rarely standard or square. Building to measure is the only way to make a window that fits the real wall — which is why it's how we manufacture.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is made-to-measure uPVC manufacturing?

Building each window to your actual opening's exact dimensions, rather than fitting standard sizes and filling gaps.

Why is made-to-measure better?

Real openings are rarely standard or square, so a made-to-measure window fits and seals properly where a standard size wouldn't.

Do you make every window to measure?

Yes — we measure your openings and fabricate to those exact dimensions.
